Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications and ensure compliance during execution.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out as per schedule and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies.
Report on project status, material requirements, and work completion to the Project Manager.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project.
Assist in resolving technical issues or drawing discrepancies on-site.
Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in site supervision of
interior fit-out
works (residential, commercial, or retail).
Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior detailing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.
Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
