We are currently seeking a qualified

Site Engineer

with a strong background in supervising residential and hotel building projects. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of total experience,

including a

minimum of 2 years in Dubai

working as a

consultant site engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities to ensure construction is progressing as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other consultants to ensure compliance with design and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and prepare site reports Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure timely approvals Identify and report any site issues, delays, or discrepancies Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site Attend site meetings and provide technical support during construction phases

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of total site engineering experience

At least

2 years of Dubai experience

as a consultant in residential or hotel building projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Solid understanding of construction processes, local regulations, and building codes Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software tools (AutoCAD preferred)
