We are currently seeking a competent and experienced
Site Engineer
to join our construction team and ensure the smooth execution of works on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of works.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and project specifications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure all works are carried out to the required quality and standards.
Identify technical issues on-site and coordinate with the Project Engineer or Consultant to resolve them.
Ensure all health and safety measures are implemented and followed on-site.
Maintain site documentation including work inspection requests (WIRs), material submittals, and method statements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site procedures, and building codes.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage site teams effectively.
