Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 2,500 - 5,000 (inclusive of all benefits)

Experience Required: 2-3 years in fitout and joinery engineering

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Supervision:

? Oversee daily technical tasks on joinery and fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.

? Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to timelines.

2. Coordination:

? Collaborate with carpentry teams, subcontractors, and architects to resolve technical issues.

? Prepare and review technical drawings, site layouts, and material schedules.

3. Documentation:

? Maintain daily site reports, including material usage, workforce allocation, and progress updates.

4. Quality Assurance:

? Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work meets contractual and industry standards.

? Address discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

5. Budget Management:

? Assist in tracking material and labour costs to minimise waste and optimise project efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or a related technical field. Experience: 2-3 years in fitout, joinery, or carpentry contracting roles. Technical Skills:
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

? Strong understanding of carpentry materials, joinery systems, and fitout workflows.

Soft Skills:
? Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
