We are currently seeking a
Site Engineer
with a strong background in interior fit-out works to oversee site execution for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Supervision
Manage daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate between subcontractors, labor teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
Technical Oversight
Interpret and implement design drawings, detailed fit-out layouts, and material specifications.
Handle technical site issues and provide resolutions without project delays.
Ensure all MEP services are coordinated and installed correctly according to interior drawings.
Client & Consultant Coordination
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, landlords, and project managers.
Provide updates and ensure client/site requirements are implemented effectively.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and snag lists.
Monitor site progress against project timelines and report any delays or variations.
Verify and confirm subcontractor work progress for payment approvals.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum
3 years
of experience in
interior fit-out
projects (commercial and/or residential)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, MEP coordination, site sequencing, and finishes.
Familiar with Dubai regulations, authority approvals, and landlord/consultant site protocols.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate
UAE driving license is an advantage
Experience managing both shell-and-core and renovation sites
Familiar with project management tools like Wrike or MS Project
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
