We are looking for a competent

Site Engineer (Civil)

to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a

Graduate or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering

with at least

5 years of experience

managing on-site activities for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations ensuring work is completed as per project specifications and schedule Interpret drawings, designs, and specifications and communicate with the site team Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain standards Report progress, delays, and issues to senior engineers and project managers Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site Manage site documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and material records Assist in resolving technical and operational issues promptly

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum

5 years of relevant site experience

in the UAE construction industry Good knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and local regulations Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management tools Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
