Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Site Engineer
to oversee day-to-day site operations for high-endvilla and residential construction projects
. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil works and site execution with 6+ years of hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities to ensure work progresses according to drawings, specifications, and schedule Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control Ensure compliance with health & safety and local authority regulations Interpret civil drawings and solve on-site execution challenges Report to the Project Manager with updates and technical issues
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
(or equivalent qualification)Minimum
6 years of site experience
, especially invilla and residential construction
Strong knowledge of structural and finishing work
Familiar with local regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
