We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry, with a strong understanding of local regulations, authorities' requirements, and construction standards.
You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project managers.
Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation of work progress.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.
Manage site resources, materials, and equipment effectively.
Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions promptly.
Ensure the project stays within budget and timeline constraints.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working on construction projects in Dubai.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai construction codes, authority approvals (DM, RTA, DEWA, etc.), and site procedures.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
