Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and progress for interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and HSE standards.
Review technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
Manage procurement and negotiate with suppliers.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and prepare method statements.
Supervise and support on-site technical teams.
Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance.
Maintain accurate site records, prepare progress reports, and attend client/site meetings.
Oversee MEP installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Strong project coordination and technical supervision skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of local codes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
UAE Driving License (Required).
