civil and structural engineering,
with a proactive approach to supervising site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and efficiently addressing on-site challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site workers
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and implement quality control measures
Address and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and logs
Support in structural and civil engineering tasks throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Structural Engineering
, or a related field
Minimum
7 years of experience
in construction, with a strong focus on site execution and coordination
Proven experience in managing on-site construction works independently
In-depth knowledge of
quality control procedures

engineering principles
, and
construction practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience in
environmental or ecological restoration projects
