Maven Building Contracting is Hiring
Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports. Conduct inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented. Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction. Maintain proper site documentation including material records, inspection logs, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, and safety practices. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
