JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a qualified
Site Engineer
with 3-5 years of UAE experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil and architectural works, be capable of coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of works as per approved drawings and specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth site progress.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality control standards on site.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications for site teams.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate issues to the project manager.
Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship to meet project requirements.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and inspection approvals.
Handle technical issues and propose practical solutions on-site.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site execution within the UAE construction sector.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, drawings, and site coordination.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment.
