Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site joinery activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Allocate tasks to team members and ensure that materials and tools are available for uninterrupted work.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on finished products and materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards.

- make WIR inspection and follow up with the consultant.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project progress is on track and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior joinery.

Requirements:

- 5 years min Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the joinery industry or Fitout.

- Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or any related field
- Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully completing projects on time.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on-site.
