We are currently looking for a qualified and proactive

Site Engineer

to join our team for the

Mapa Limak Construction LLC

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region's most significant infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with the project execution plan. Monitor and control construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Supervise site mobilization and oversee structural and civil works. Ensure timely progress of works in line with construction schedules. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for smooth field operations. Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the construction phase. Conduct quality checks and ensure that HSE standards are strictly followed. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on project progress and any site-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the construction sector, including at least 2 years on marine or infrastructure-related projects. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software. Advanced command of English, both written and spoken. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Prior experience in international infrastructure projects or metro systems is an asset.
