Supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure adherence to timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings and execute work accordingly.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Prepare daily progress reports and keep track of materials, labor, and site equipment.
Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and local building regulations.
Resolve technical issues, address site challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Manage and oversee subcontractor performance and ensure workmanship quality.
Assist with quantity surveying, procurement of materials, and site documentation.
