Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Monitor progress on-site and report regularly on the status of projects.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site in a timely manner.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
Manage procurement and delivery of materials required for the project.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project management teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out or similar construction projects, 5 of them to be in restaurant.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valid driving license.
