Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and the project management team
Review technical drawings, reports, and documentation
Ensure quality control and resolve on-site technical issues
Prepare progress reports and maintain proper documentation
Attend client/consultant meetings and site inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of Dubai experience working in a
consultancy firm
Proven experience in site supervision, construction monitoring, and reporting
Familiar with local building codes, standards, and regulations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools
