Site Engineer - CONSTRUCTIONKey Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities at the site according to project plans and specifications. Monitor and maintain quality control of work executed by contractors. Ensure all construction work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports on project progress, material usage, and manpower. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify discrepancies or issues. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed. Track project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
