Our client, a construction firm is seeking to hire a site engineer who will be responsible for driving the success of facade projects by overseeing multiple aspects, ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance and fostering effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.Responsibilities

• Project planning: Develop and implement site drawings, coordination drawings and project plans aligned with overall project objectives.
• Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution and communication.
• Design and engineering oversight: Supervise, design and engineering, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve milestones.
• Quality control: Implement and enforce quality measures to maintain construction standards.
• Material inspections: conduct regular inspections to ensure material quality and address potential issues promptly
• Risk mitigation: identify project risks and develop effective delays and cost overruns, maintaining project timelines and budget constraints.
• Issue resolution: Proactively address issues to prevent delays and cost overruns, maintaining project timelines and budget constraints.
• Compliance assurance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards throughout the project life cycle.
• Regulatory knowledge: Stay updated with local building codes, regulations and permits to ensure project compliance.
• Progress reporting: prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, updating them on project status and developments
• Documentation maintenance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications and change orders for reference and compliance.
• Effective communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders and authorities for smooth project operations and problem resolution.

Requirements.

• Education; bachelor\'s degree in civil/ mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8-10 years of work experience in external facade installation, encompassing design, construction, installation and supervision.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
