Job Description

We are Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a

Site Engineer

, at least 10 Years of work experience in the UAE in the same field.

Site Engineer Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites & Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

Site Planning and Coordination:

Assist in the planning and coordination of construction activities & Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of work being completed & Resolve issues related to construction quality, materials, and workmanship.

Cost and Resource Management:

Monitor material usage and labor to ensure projects are completed within budget & Report any discrepancies or issues related to the budget or resources to the project manager.

Health and Safety:

Promote a culture of health and safety on-site & Provide safety briefings to workers and manage risks effectively to prevent accidents.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep records of daily site activities, reports, and progress & Maintain accurate documentation of all materials, tools, and equipment used on-site.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

: Previous experience in construction or engineering, ideally in a site-based role.

Technical Skills

: Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.), and knowledge of construction processes and regulations.

Communication

: Strong communication skills for liaising with contractors, clients, and the team.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues that may arise during construction.

Attention to Detail

: Ensure quality and accuracy in the execution of the project.

Physical Stamina

: Comfortable with working in outdoor, potentially challenging environments.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
