Key Responsibilities

• Supervise labour teams and assign work to firemen, gangs, and subcontractors in an organized manner
• Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and comply with AFC procedures
• Maintain performance documentation and daily work records
• Resolve site-level issues to ensure project progress stays on schedule
• Monitor material usage, cost awareness, and wastage control
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure work quality
• Support operational tasks and contribute to planning with timelines up to six months
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for specific tasks and deliverables
• Assist in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards across assigned areas
• Adapt to new tasks and ensure completion of related job duties
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery
