We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Site Engineer - Civil Works
to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will play a key role in executing civil projects on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, while adhering to design specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work.
Monitor progress and quality of construction work and report issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure site safety standards and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
Conduct site inspections and record measurements, work progress, and materials used.
Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
Maintain daily records of site activities, including labor, equipment, and material usage.
Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of on-site experience in civil construction projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
Solid understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality control.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Valid driver's license and willingness to work at various project sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
