Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Site Engineer

with a strong background in

high-rise building construction

and

contracting experience

within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports, including material consumption, manpower deployment, and site issues. Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained on site in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Review and interpret construction drawings and resolve technical site issues. Assist in planning and sequencing of construction operations for smooth project execution. Maintain site records, documentation, and project logs accurately. Coordinate and support inspections with consultants, authorities, and clients. Identify and resolve potential delays or site conflicts quickly and efficiently. Ensure effective material and resource management on site to minimize wastage and reduce costs. Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure all work is in line with contractual obligations and project goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience

as a Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry, specifically on

high-rise residential or commercial buildings.

Strong contracting experience

is essential (not just consultancy or client-side). In-depth knowledge of

UAE construction regulations, authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, ADM),

and safety standards. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to high-rise buildings. Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. Familiar with project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project is a plus). Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
