Site Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our contracting team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, can manage site activities independently, and ensures projects are executed to high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
Review drawings, coordinate with consultants, and ensure work execution matches project specifications
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Assist in material take-offs, procurement coordination, and site inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
3-5 years UAE construction experience (fit-out or civil preferred)
Strong understanding of drawings, site management, and quality control
Good communication and reporting skills
Available to join immediately or within short notice
