Supervise and monitor day-to-day site work and ensure it aligns with project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Review technical drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the project manager.
Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
Ensure materials used meet required standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and architects for approvals and inspections.
Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or challenges when necessary.
Maintain site documentation, including RFIs, permits, and inspection logs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Good understanding of safety regulations and site management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering tools is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
UAE experience is an advantage (if needed, you can add).
