- Site Engineer (GRC Projects)

We are looking for a Site Engineer with the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility:

Must be currently in UAE Must have minimum 4+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer Must have strong experience in GRC / Cladding installation works Ability to manage multiple sites independently

? Role & Responsibilities:

Site Management (Field Work Only)

Manage project sites independently (not factory-based). Supervise and monitor daily installation of GRC works. Organize site manpower and ensure high productivity. Coordinate material deliveries with the factory. Solve site issues quickly to avoid delay. Track actual progress vs planned schedule.
Coordination

Coordinate with consultant & main contractor for inspections and approvals. Prepare and submit WIR / MIR and follow up for closing comments. Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with specifications. Communicate with the factory regarding measurements, quantities, and technical needs.
Meetings

Attend weekly site meetings. Present progress updates and highlight challenges. Represent the company professionally in all project discussions.
Quality & Safety

Ensure all works meet standards, drawings, and QC requirements. Follow up NCRs until fully closed. Maintain safety compliance on site.
Reporting

Submit daily/weekly progress reports including manpower, completed works, and issues. Report directly to Project Manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
