CHCI is currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled
Site Engineer
to join our team for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi.
ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities, ensuring that work is executed in compliance with IFC drawings, method statements, and ADNOC specifications.
Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, survey, and subcontractor teams to ensure work progress aligns with the schedule.
Prepare and submit site documentation such as daily progress reports, WIRs, RFIs, and material requests.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to support productivity and efficiency.
Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure smooth communication between site operations and the engineering office.
Attend coordination meetings and interface with ADNOC consultants, contractors, and third parties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/foundation/piling projects.
Mandatory experience with ADNOC projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, QA/QC processes, and ADNOC specifications.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and report preparation.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
