Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of work.
Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Assist in resolving any technical or design issues that arise on-site.
Monitor material usage and ensure optimal resource management.
Support the project team in meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Site Engineer (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
