Oversee daily construction site activities and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance.
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing practical engineering solutions.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Site Engineer in construction or contracting projects.
Experience in waterproofing works is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, technical problem-solving, and site management.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
