Supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site workers for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and documentation for site activities.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or challenges on-site.
Conduct inspections with consultants and authorities, ensuring quality control.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQs, and material procurement planning.
Monitor and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) efficiently.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
