Abu Dhabi / DubaiJob Purpose:
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring that interior fit-out works for residential projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP services, and finishes. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules; ensure site work aligns with design intent. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for internal and client use. Monitor and enforce health & safety practices on site. Resolve any on-site issues or technical queries to avoid delays. Support project handover by ensuring snagging, testing, and commissioning are completed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in
residential fit-out or interior contracting.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery. Familiarity with MEP coordination within fit-out works. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant site tools. UAE driving licenseJob Type: Full-time
