City Way Facilities Management is looking for a skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to lead and oversee multiple ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project activities. Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor and report on progress, costs, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Manage and resolve project-related issues or delays. Ensure quality control, adherence to regulatory requirements, and timely delivery. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5-6 years of proven experience in project management within FM, construction, or MEP industry. PMP certification or equivalent (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (Primavera/MS Project). In-depth knowledge of safety standards and local building regulations.
