Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Site Engineer - Civil Works

to join our team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in site execution and a good understanding of

Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) rules and regulations

. This role requires strong coordination, site management, and communication skills to support the smooth execution of civil works projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Ensure all works are carried out in line with

ADM regulations and approved permit conditions

. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of work. Maintain site records including daily progress reports, material delivery logs, and inspection requests. Assist in obtaining site inspections and clearances from relevant authorities. Monitor site safety, quality, and environmental standards in line with project and HSE policies. Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and QA/QC documentation. Report to the Project Engineer/Manager on project progress and any technical or execution issues. Support documentation required for project handover and authority approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

1-3 years of experience

in civil site works (preferably within the UAE).

Thorough knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) rules, regulations, and approval procedures

. Familiar with site execution processes, construction methods, and standard safety practices. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. UAE driving license is an advantage.
