Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Site Engineer
with3-5 years of UAE experience exclusively in the fit-out sector
(construction field candidates will not be considered). The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working withreputed companies/projects
and possess strong technical expertise ininterior fit-out works
.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage on-site fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution. Monitor work progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation as required. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
3-5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects only
(no construction/general civil engineering experience). Must have worked withreputed fit-out companies/large-scale projects
in the UAE.Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
(must be fluent). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. Familiarity with local authority regulations and fit-out industry standards.
