Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure timely execution of work.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all work complies with QA/QC standards and statutory regulations.
Assist in resolving site technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and unforeseen conditions.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities when required.
Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection requests (IRs), and method statements.
Attend project meetings and contribute to site planning and problem-solving.
Verify measurements and quantities for work done to support billing and payment processes.
Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure all workers comply with HSE standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in UAE construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
Familiar with UAE construction regulations, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees procedures (or local authorities depending on emirate).
Proficient in reading drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license is often preferred.
