to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing construction sites, controlling labor teams, handling inspections, and managing municipality approval processes. The candidate must be 100% willing to travel and relocate within the UAE as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards.
Coordinate with labor teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve any site issues.
Prepare and manage site inspection requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project standards.
Handle documentation and liaise with Abu Dhabi municipalities for permits, approvals, and other related formalities.
Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards across the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
Attend client and consultant meetings and provide necessary support on-site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in site management in the UAE, particularly Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of UAE Municipality regulations and approval processes.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
100% willingness to travel across the UAE and relocate if required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
