Job Description

A Fire and Safety company in Abu Dhabi is seeking for skilled Electrical or Mechanical Engineer specializing in Fire and Safety systems to design, install, inspect, and maintain fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications, supporting a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and review fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, alarms, extinguishing systems) in line with NFPA, local, and international codes. Conduct site surveys and fire risk assessments. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm, fire fighting, and suppression systems. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure systems are installed correctly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fire and life safety systems. Prepare technical reports, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation. Stay updated with new technologies, standards, and innovations in fire and life safety engineering. Train and guide site teams on fire safety procedures and system operations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience in fire and safety engineering or a similar role. Knowledge of fire protection system designs, standards, and codes (e.g., NFPA, BS, UAE Fire Code). Experience with CAD software and fire system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HydraCAD, etc.). Strong understanding of installation, testing, and maintenance procedures. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
