- Electrical Engineer

Duties and responsibilities:

Currently carrying the responsibility in the field of DEWA related civil works and cabling work. (LV & HV) Excavation, Dune sand filling and Backfilling works. (LV & HV) He should have knowledge in Drilling (making profile also) and Road cutting works. (LV & HV) Complete infrastructure works required for Cable laying works. (LV & 132kV HV ) Conducting FDT Test (with soil & road base) and Thermal Resistivity Test (with Dune sand) as project requirements. Curbstone and Interlock, Tile works. (LV & HV) Carrying out duct sealing works as per project requirements and scope Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met. Serve as the site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of electrical works. Marking of corridor area, excavation of area as per the requirement, filling the area by the dune sand and normal sand. Backfill and compact the area and prepare the measurement sheets and do the FDT, reinstatement work and material reconciliation. Supervise all Cable Jointing & Termination 11kV to 33 kV. Power & Distribution Substations Design, procurement & Implementation upto 33 kV. Cable route site surveys and supervision of cable joints for MV and LV cables and record site survey reports. Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with Government (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai/ Abu Dhabi municipality ) standards for electrical works. Submit data sheet for daily, weekly, monthly reports to Project Engineer.

Qualification requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Certification as a master electrician is beneficial. -

Mandatory Requirement

Fluency in English and Hindi is highly desirable.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
