Job Description
The Candidate should have Minimum 6 Years Experience in UAE.
The Candidate must have experience in Building Projects.
The Company will Provide the UAE Visa.
The Candidate should be Handling the Electrical Works on Site.
Responsibilities:-
Ensuring that all Electrical and Plumbing aspects of a project are completed effectively and efficiently.
Developing detailed project plans and schedules for mechanical tasks, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines. Determining the necessary resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensuring they are available when needed. Estimating costs for Electrical work and managing budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Reviewing and approving mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and standards. Coordinating with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the overall project. Overseeing MEP installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring they are carried out correctly and safely. Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to project managers, stakeholders, and clients. Analyzing project outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future projects.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
