Site Electrical Engineer
Pay:
14,000.00 (AED) to 22,000.00 (AED) per month:
: Site Electrical Engineer
As a Site Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and executing electrical systems on construction sites. Your role to ensures that all electrical installations are safe, efficient, and compliant with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to execute electrical plans.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Ensure compliance with UAE safety codes and related statutory local authority standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues. Prepare technical reports and documentation. Supervise junior engineers and technicians. Implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Use software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Revit/BIM for design and simulation.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction or MEP projects.
Skills & Certifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, BIM/Revit and electrical design tools. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Dubai Municipality (DM) or DEWA approval is often preferred.
