Job Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor with experience in the construction of villas. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per the assigned tasks, and closing all activities within the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day work progress at the villa construction site Ensure all tasks are executed as per assigned work schedules Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure timely completion and closing of daily and weekly tasks Report progress, delays, and site issues to management Maintain site safety, discipline, and proper workflow Assist in material planning and manpower coordination
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in villa construction (UAE experience preferred) Strong understanding of villa structural, finishing, and MEP activities Ability to manage multiple teams and monitor progress closely Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Languages: Hindi/English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
