Brief Summary: The Site Coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient operation of on-site activities by coordinating logistics, communication, and administrative tasks. This role serves as the primary point of contact between project managers, contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain workflow, safety compliance, and timely project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: . Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules. . Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain workflow efficiency. . Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards. . Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspections, and incident reports. . Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders. . Ensure all permits, licenses, and safety certifications are up to date. . Arrange and track deliveries of materials, equipment, and tools. . Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. . Schedule and supervise equipment maintenance and repairs. . Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for on-site personnel. . Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication between all parties. . Manage site attendance, timesheets, and subcontractor documentation. . Organize site accommodations, utilities, and access control. Qualification & Experience: .
