The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating site operations, manpower deployment, and communication between the company, clients, and workforce. The role ensures smooth site activities, compliance with safety and company standards, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily site activities and manpower deployment.
Act as a link between Alliance 360, clients, supervisors, and workers.
Ensure workers are present, assigned properly, and performing duties as per requirements.
Manpower & Workforce Management
Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of workers on site.
Handle workforce issues, grievances, and basic HR coordination.
Support onboarding, site induction, and training coordination.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site records, attendance sheets, and reports.
Submit daily/weekly site reports to management.
Coordinate with HR and operations teams for manpower requirements and updates.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Communicate client requirements and feedback to the management.
Support site inspections and client meetings when required.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety rules and company policies on site.
Report incidents, issues, and non-compliance immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site coordination, manpower, or construction/industrial projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites/tasks.
