Ensure work is conducted within the set time schedule
Handle tool and materials inventory for each project
Generate necessary reports and present them to the management
Analyze deliverables prepared by team
Ensure meeting the construction budget through monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances as well as implementing corrective actions
Plan the sequence of works, construction as well as accountability for provision of materials
Handle the logistics of supplies at the site
Offer technical input concerning design, construction or modifications required
Plan the delivery of needed materials and labor requests
Provide solutions to the site problems as and when they arise
Make sure the project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Properly control the use of resources at the site and ensure all necessary resources and materials are availed
Any other tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 years of experience in the same role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of building construction methods
Expertise in Ms Office suite required
Good organizational and planning skills required
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
