Site Civil Inspector

Role Description:

CONIN is seeking a dedicated Site Civil Inspector with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting civil construction works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect civil construction works including concrete, masonry, steel works, and finishing works Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements Monitor workmanship, materials, and construction methods on-site Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and highlight any discrepancies Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project management teams Conduct quality control tests and document results Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards Identify and report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction inspection Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations In-depth understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills Familiarity with site safety regulations and best practices Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks on-site
