We are in search of a proactive and experienced

SITE CIVIL ENGINEER

who can support and will report to our headquarters office in Umm Al Quwain.

We are looking for a skilled

Civil Site Engineer

with 3-5 years of experience in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in civil works including structural, infrastructure, and finishing, along with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Please note that the role is based in our office headquarters at Umm Al Quwain. Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise site execution in accordance with design and specifications. Hold daily meetings with the site to check in on the work and report on its progress. This will help you plan for any delays that might happen in completing tasks. Serve as the primary liaison between the client, consultant and the construction team, ensuring effective communication and attending to any issues or concerns that may arise. Attend coordination meetings that consultants and clients have organized. Promptly implement corrective measures to prevent the accumulation of such deviation's consequences and regain the time lost in order to complete the task on schedule. Manage the process of transferring finished projects to clients and ensuring that any required corrections are made in accordance with the project specifications. Conduct a quality control inspection of the materials and ongoing work to ensure they meet the specified criteria. Resolve technical issues with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and internal department personnel while providing technical support to other members of the site team. Monitor site resources and manage materials and manpower efficiently

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering construction management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience, preferably from main contracting company In-depth knowledge of construction, engineering, and design principles, and safety standards. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Valid driver's license is a plus.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
