. The ideal candidate will oversee civil engineering activities on-site, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Review and interpret
engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
for construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and ensure adherence to
ADNOC standards, HSE guidelines, and company policies
.
Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve any technical issues arising on-site.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.
Assist in cost estimation, material take-offs, and planning of construction activities.
Implement corrective actions for non-conformances and provide technical guidance to the site team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience
in civil construction projects.
Proven experience in
ADNOC projects
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
construction methods, materials, and standards
.
Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
Excellent
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
