Allocate manpower and resources to meet project requirements.
Prepare and maintain accurate
Daily Site Reports

Manage material issuance to supervisors and subcontractors.
Coordinate tool and equipment requirements on-site.
Attend inspections with consultants to ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor productivity and provide feedback to management.
Raise
Work Inspection Requests (WIR)
and
Material Inspection Requests (MIR)
in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
Assist in closing
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
and
Site Observation Reports (SORs)
.
Maintain detailed concrete pouring logs and monitor progress against schedules.
Perform quantity take-offs for material requirements and follow up on procurement.
Assist the Project Engineer in preparing method statements and ensure subcontractor compliance.
Maintain updated registers of specifications and drawings.
Implement and enforce HSE policies and ensure adherence to QHSE procedures.
Achieve HSE objectives in line with company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project/Technical Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably
MMUP/UPDA certified
