Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and drainage.
Conduct site investigations and analyze survey reports, maps, and data.
Prepare engineering designs, drawings, reports, and specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and track progress against schedules.
Ensure projects comply with government regulations, environmental laws, and health & safety standards.
Supervise construction activities to ensure design implementation and quality control.
Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Provide technical advice and resolve any emerging problems on-site.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and work procedures.
Maintain documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum [4-5] years of relevant experience in civil design and/or construction.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Good project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid engineering license (e.g., PE, EIT) is a plus or required depending on the role.
