Job Title: Civil Engineer - Field Productivity Engineer - AI data systems in construction

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE (UAE-based position)

About the Role:

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a proactive Field Productivity Engineer- Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will act as a crucial link between our advanced data system and the on-ground engineering teams, using insightful analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions directly with client's field engineers and their crews.

Key Responsibilities:

System implementation and support: Setting up equipment and hardware used for monitoring at the client's site. We use smartwatches, action cameras, servers and other types of equipment for our work. Targeted Field Engagement: Work one-on-one with client's teams to review performance data and develop action plans for improvement. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze productivity data from our system using Excel. Training & Support: Coach and guide client's teams on utilizing the system to ensure the best result. Troubleshooting: Communication with project and tech teams to report any bugs/tech issues to improve quality of our product.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in construction (e.g., Field Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer) with a proven track record.

Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert-level skills in formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS), PivotTables, and chart creation are essential.

Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.

Tech savviness: Deep understanding of how computers, server and network infrastructure work will be considered as an advantage.

Residency: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for an interview.

Valid UAE driving license
